Claudia.t.musaNGFor the past 7 years as a Piggyvest user, I have been able to meet different saving goals using the application, and trust them because of the value they constantly give. The different features developed from the strict savings access using the safe lock feature has helped me restrict my impulsive spends. The 'Invest' feature also allows me to get notified when there are different verified investments that allows me to invest either short term or long term. One other thing I love about Piggyvest is how they constantly put the users at heart from making savings less complex, the 'Self Help' feature that allows me to resolve common issues before reaching to support, to the fast response of their customer support whenever you have issues. More recently I also love the new feature such as 'GetIT' feature that allows you to save for an item and have it delivered . As well create a Joint and a Kids account. These are great initiatives.

Ndukavictoria7NGThis is the one fintech product that I can confidently rate 5 star and not second guess it, at least based on my experience so far. I use the mobile app a lot and I’ve had no issues at all. Network connectivity is great, transactions are quick, the UX is excellent.
OPay
PraiseekNGGlovo is a decent delivery app, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Its prices are generally higher than those of other delivery services, which can make it less appealing. I’ve had two to three experiences where my food never arrived, and getting a refund was quite difficult. Customer service can also be hard to reach, making issues frustrating to resolve. The lack of a delivery code system, where customers confirm receipt of their orders using a code, is another downside. Having this extra layer of security would provide more peace of mind. On the positive side, the app has a decent interface and occasionally offers good deals. Overall, Glovo has potential, but better pricing, delivery security, and customer support would greatly improve the experience.
