Great app for when you want to get out and about very early in work days
It was okay overall. I only used it once, and there was an issue with the booking, but customer support resolved it.
The product is great and practical. However, they need to improve the app's user experience. Especially the driver's ETA: I don't need to see '18 minutes' when it's not accurate. Also, the app doesn't consider someone like me, who is 6'9 and cannot sit comfortably in many seats. Perhaps they should look into reserving spaces for people with longer legs. But they have great customer support; every time I've encountered them, I've left feeling better.
It's convenient, especially when you need to be on the road very early in the morning.
i used this just ince, im thinking of going back but it was very very comfortable
