Great service with good products.
An impressively good e-commerce store, not for its products but for customer-centric features like nonstop discounts, a pay-on-delivery option, and a transparent return policy. If they had a wider inventory, they'd be the Amazon of Africa, which they probably already are. Fix your inventory!
Shopping made easy
Great e shopping platform.. I love it
Nice platform for shopping.
Reviewers generally praise Jumia for its easy-to-use app, seamless ordering, helpful customer service, and often fast or prompt delivery, with features like pay-on-delivery and a smooth returns and refund process standing out. Common concerns include delivery and courier issues such as dishonest delivery staff, occasional pricing being higher than competitors, and marketplace quality risks like counterfeit items if vendors are not vetted. A few users also mention reduced product availability and room to improve product photos.
