Moonshot by TechCabal 2026

Moonshot is TechCabal's flagship annual conference, bringing together founders, investors, operators, creatives, policymakers, and tech enthusiasts from across Africa and beyond. The 2026 edition, themed Courage and Conviction: Building for a New World, runs across nine content tracks: Future of Commerce, the Creative Economy, Emerging Tech: The AI Conference, Government, Policy and Regulation, FUEL: The Investor Conference, the Startup Festival, Clean and Climate Tech, Big Tech and Enterprise, and Future of Money: The Crypto Summit.

The two-day programme features TC Battlefield, a startup pitch competition, plus Moonshot Demo, investor deal rooms, roundtables, masterclasses, and side events across the week. The 2025 edition drew more than 5,700 participants and over 210 speakers, with delegates from 39 countries.

Tickets start at NGN 38,250 for a Regular Pass, with Prime and Investor passes at NGN 195,500 and NGN 371,875 and a Student Pass at NGN 68,000. Grey is the headline sponsor. The programme opens Tuesday, October 27 with an exclusive opening mixer, followed by two full conference days. Day one, Wednesday October 28, covers the Government, Policy and Regulation Conference with roundtables, Emerging Tech: The AI Conference, FUEL: The Investor Conference, the Startup Festival, and Future of Commerce, alongside TC Battlefield pitches, Moonshot Demo, matchmaking and deal rooms, and an end-of-day mixer. Day two, Thursday October 29, covers Big Tech and Enterprise, the Creative Economy track and roundtable, Future of Money: The Crypto Summit, Climate Tech, and technical workshops, closing with the TC Battlefield finale, a second Moonshot Demo, deal rooms, and a final mixer. Off-conference workshops follow on Friday October 30, with the Pooldown 2.0 networking event on Saturday October 31.
