At this point, it has become necessary to make the public aware of your gross incompetence and unprofessional conduct. You abandoned, disregarded and jettisoned Ticket 87907 across email and WhatsApp, ignored repeated calls, yet found the time to rush to the Google Play Store to whitewash your failures. This is a clear display of irresponsibility and is far below the standard expected of any credible banking institution. Your persistent nonchalance not only erodes customer confidence but also exposes both existing and prospective customers to unnecessary risk. If this is how genuine complaints are handled, then your institution has failed in its fundamental responsibility of accountability and customer service. Bank with them at your own risk.
