This app was such an hassle to use. Couldn't even get past the KYC requirements process, which in turn made me delete the account i created anyway

Honestly, I do think the app can make more use of tooltips especially for beginners to understand more of how the app works and also to teach people how to invest. Currently, it feels like they expect you to be very good at investing already to use the app.

The data heist they carry out every now and then is really appalling. If it's not network issues, it's your data finishing unexpectedly.
