Know about or are organising a tech event in Africa? Submit it here
Getting your event on Liners takes just three simple steps.
Any tech event happening in Africa, from conferences, meetups, and hackathons to product launches, summits, and workshops. Events can be in-person, virtual, or hybrid, and free or paid. Only the event name and start date are required; the more detail you add, the better your listing looks.
Yes. You sign in with a magic link or your Google account, so there's no password to remember. If you start filling out the form before signing in, we hold on to what you've typed so nothing is lost while you log in.
No. You can submit an event you're running or simply one you know about. If you're not the organiser, add the official website or registration link so our team can confirm the details.
Yes, submitting and listing an event on Liners is completely free.
Your event goes into a review queue. Our team checks it for accurate details and a good fit for the directory, usually within 24–48 hours. We email you once it's been reviewed, and approved events go live on the Liners events page right away.
Yes to all. Choose Free, Paid, or Free + Paid, and add the price and currency for any paid tickets. For the format, pick In-person, Virtual, or Hybrid so attendees know how to join.
There's no need to submit twice: we block duplicate entries that share the same name and start date. If something has changed, like a new date, venue, or link, email hello@liners.com and we'll update the listing for you.
Sign in and open My Events in your dashboard. Each event shows its status: Pending while we review it, then Published once it's live, so you always know where it stands.
