I was impressed that they used the same price with the restaurants; their sevice fee wasn't added to the cost price so you know the exact details you are paying for everything. I was so happy when I saw that the option to use OPay was there, but after payment, it took so long before they confirmed it. I was scared that my money had gone because it was supposed to be fast since I used OPay. The rider was okay but he obviously didn't follow the instructions on my address. He kept on calling to ask for the details that I already put in the app, but apart from that, he was okay. The service charge, delivery fees are a bit on the high side and the payment experience was not smooth

Initial price on the app was 6000 and after completing the order everything summed up to 8420. Which is highly outrageous than the usual price on the order page.

Using the app is very easy and stress free from inputting your address and then placing your order. I placed an order my first time of using the app from millennium restaurant and got a free delivery the timing given for my order to arrive was 30 minutes but my order arrived in 27 minutes more than I expected. And you can track your order to know where he is at and with an updated time from when they have picked your order and when it will get to you.

It was seamless from navigating to the restaurants category and placing an order was also easy, the checkout and payment category was fast and the rider that delivered the food package was friendly and quick.
