Chowdeck Reviews

The service charge is higher than other competitors

Nice work but service charge can be outrageous sometimes

Takes too long to get food delivered. Don’t bother if you’re hungry

Well it has made delivery for business easier and it's sustainable

Not bad Delivery time can be faster and on time Work on customer service

The app sometimes suggests what to eat when I am unsure and the discounts???lifesaver

They have a lot of good restaurants available at your beck and call for food deliveries giving me enough options

Fast deliveries, quality meal. Very rude and illiterate ,ignorant riders.

Quick and reliable Enables users to track items which makes it safer

Chowdeck is actually really nice to use, like the app is simple and not confusing at all. Most times my food comes fast and still warm which I like. The tracking part is also very helpful so you know where your rider is at. I’ve ordered couple of times and it’s been consistent, no serious issues fr. It just makes things easy especially when you’re tired or busy. They also slash prices or give discounts sometimes I don’t have to pay for delivery just the service fee. Improvement: One thing is the delivery fee can be a bit much sometimes and the service fee especially when the place is not even far. Also they should try add more discounts or maybe reward for people that order alot.

I love the food choices and restaurants available.

The variety of options available and the app makes it standout. However the service charge is absurd at times

I have been enjoying the app so far and the customer service is excellent. I really love everything about the app.

Good but they can do better the delivery fees are too high i school in Unilag and if I want to buy something within the school Why am i paying 600 naira plus as delivery fee without service fee o it is very bad

Very very nice app. They are saved me from hunger so many times and I really like the app. Also very easy to navigate
