Well I’ll start from saying the app was easy to navigate starting from looking for a restaurant to order from to selecting what you actually want, I actually ordered from The Place Egbeda and then to checkout even applied a discount and my delivery was free it was a first time order though and the payment process I chose online and it was quite seamless and overall good and easy. The order from when it was placed to delivery took a total of 33mins which was nice in my own opinion and the dispatch rider was friendly and had good communication skills. Would I order from them again? Most definitely.

I ordered food from Cravings and More and got my order within a reasonable timeframe (about 15 mins). And that's only because the restuarant delayed while preparing the order. However, i didn't enjoy the fact that the rider asked for a tip, which is alright I guess. Oh, and you can get free deliveries with the Chowpass trial. I think that's a useful subscription feature for people who order frequently. Overall, the food came just in one piece and on time.

Fast delivery of food on a regular basis. No delays

I enjoyed the food delivery service. The app brings out variety of restaurants that sells variety of food to order from which I love. The interface is easy to navigate and the app is seamless to use also.

I love how fast delivery is, but whenever I’m in a new location, I find it very difficult to set it up again, or change my location.

There are hidden charges. When you buy food, you end up paying extra fees that aren’t clearly shown upfront.
