Quick and reliable Enables users to track items which makes it safer

Chowdeck is actually really nice to use, like the app is simple and not confusing at all. Most times my food comes fast and still warm which I like. The tracking part is also very helpful so you know where your rider is at. I’ve ordered couple of times and it’s been consistent, no serious issues fr. It just makes things easy especially when you’re tired or busy. They also slash prices or give discounts sometimes I don’t have to pay for delivery just the service fee. Improvement: One thing is the delivery fee can be a bit much sometimes and the service fee especially when the place is not even far. Also they should try add more discounts or maybe reward for people that order alot.

Good but they can do better the delivery fees are too high i school in Unilag and if I want to buy something within the school Why am i paying 600 naira plus as delivery fee without service fee o it is very bad
