I do hope customer support can be well worked on. Also, marketing calls can be so annoying, kindly reduce it.

I love palmpay alot. Whenever I fix my money in palmoay and an emergency comes up, I'm able to get my money immediately to sort the emergency. I also get better data offers on palmpay which makes me browse effectively. Thank you palmpay.

Too busy for the colors and the initial landing page for a business/bank app. It is just a lot to be honest but I appreciate the features like the premium option and its benefits.

Honestly, Palmpay makes my everyday transactions so seamless. I hardly have any failed transactions and even if there's any, (which is rare) it resolves on its own quickly.

Honestly, PalmPay has made sending and receiving money way less stressful for me. The app opens fast, it’s simple to use, and I’m always happy that most transfers to other banks don’t cost me anything. The little cashback and cheaper airtime perks are a nice surprise too.
