I use OPay daily for everything - bills, transfers, airtime. The cashback rewards are a nice bonus. Their POS terminals are everywhere which makes it convenient. App performance is smooth even on older phones.

OPay is really pushing financial inclusion in Nigeria. Love that they offer savings features now too. The card works well internationally. Would be perfect if they improved their dispute resolution process.

Decent fintech app but I have had issues with their customer service. Sometimes the app hangs during transactions which is frustrating. When it works, it works great though. The fees are very competitive.

OPay has become my go-to for everyday transactions. The app is fast, the agent network is massive, and transfers are instant. Really impressed with how much they have improved the user experience over the past year.
