I’ve used OPay for 8 months mainly for transfers, bill payments, and airtime. The app is fast and the interface is simple, even with low data. Transfers to other banks usually reflect in under a minute, and cashback on airtime/data is a nice bonus. Customer support via chat is responsive, though resolving disputes can take 24-48hrs. Fees are lower than some competitors, but there are occasional network downtimes during peak hours. The OPay card works well for POS and online payments. Overall, it’s reliable for daily transactions. If stability improves, it’d be my top fintech app.

Payment made easy, I can literally pay for anything with my opay account. Also, I get interest on every naira I leave in the account. I'd recommend.

I enjoy the smooth transfers, and all of that, but I think the locking of your fixed account should have the type that you cannot unlock no matter what. Also, getting money from my Access bank can be quite tedious sometimes.

I love the free transfers to opay accounts… I wish the transfers to other bank accounts can be free too
