Moov Money (Flooz) is a mobile money service in Togo for Moov Africa Togo customers, as well as merchants and enterprises that need to accept and manage everyday digital payments using a phone number linked wallet.

Key capabilities include:

• Mobile wallet linked to a Moov Africa number, described as a “mini bank account”, where the phone number also serves as the account number for transactions.
• Domestic money transfers to another mobile with SMS confirmation and immediate availability for the recipient.
• Cash withdrawals through Moov Money Flooz withdrawal channels.
• Payments and top-ups, including bill payment (paiement de factures) and airtime/credit purchase (achat de crédits via Flooz) for Moov communication services.
• Merchant and business use cases, including Marchand Moov Money Flooz for merchant acceptance and Flooz Entreprise for enterprise-oriented services.
• Transfer cancellation, via Annulation de transfert Flooz.
