Well develoed app. i love how they make it easy to order to things and their delivery system is fast

The quickness that was used to deliver my product and also the quality of the product made me glad. I ordered a powerbank and it lasted me for a long time. I really enjoyed it.

The products all look good at first but they barely last all in all it’s still a good app but they sometimes delay delivery

Jumia made Online shopping really easy there deliveries takes up to 2 days no matter the product and what I majorly buy from them are mainly gadgets and their products are very good.

It was great. Why? Based on my experience with them the last time. Their logistics was professional and their food tastes delicious!

My experience has been disappointing overall. While the app offers many products and occasional discounts, there are too many issues that make shopping stressful. Some items don’t match their descriptions, delivery can be delayed, and customer support is not always helpful when problems come up. The app layout is decent, but performance can be slow during sales periods. Refunds and returns also take longer than they should. There’s potential, but the platform still needs major improvements in reliability and quality control. 2/5 stars.

Delivery time is good but what you order isn't always what you get. Sometimes I wonder if anyone checks what the vendor sends out before it gets to the customer.

It awesome. But I recommend if users can get exact look, feel, sizes etc.. of a product, so I won't bother about - what I ordered vs what I got.

Jumia is a very good app to use when ordering items especially gadgets. I ordered my phone (Itel S26 ultra) and it was delivered safely and as described.

It is reliable and good,their delivery fee is very low,they don't disappoint and they are loyal to their customers

I like the app. I get most of my stuff there. I get stationaries, school stuff, everyday products and even get gifts for my loved ones.

The discounted prices are really beautiful and we love the fact that the delivery fee is very less .
