They didn't deliver my complete products and there was no refund. The product delivered was also not the same thing I saw on the app

Most products on the app are really expensive. They need to introduce mire products on the app with discounts

I like the delivery service of Jumia but I think they should include repair services. I got an electric sewing machine from the platform and I haven't found a technician that can repair it.

Jumia is a very good app and it's user-friendly just that they need to be confirming the product and confirm price before putting this out there

Quite sad. To make matters worse, the latest update completely wiped my saved data with no way to recover it. Save your storage space and look for an alternative until the developers fix these glaring stability issues.

The UI is easy to navigate, no qualms about the app. Great experience. I've used the app multiple times this year to purchase items and everything from the delivery to shipping was easy.

It's a very good app with nice products and the prices are quite affordable. Plus...the delivery service is good and I got exactly what I ordered without any transportation hazard.
