ShuleSystem

ShuleSystem is a school management and parent-communication platform built by Find Solution Technology for schools in the Democratic Republic of Congo, giving administrators tools to run day-to-day operations and giving parents real-time access to their children's school information.

Key capabilities include:

• Student records and academics: a centralized student database covering grades, attendance, and class schedules, with academic results recorded and shared with families.
• Attendance and class reporting: real-time attendance tracking and class council report generation for teachers and administrators.
• Tuition payment tracking: online tuition payment processing with fee-status visibility for parents and administrators.
• Parent-school messaging: bidirectional chat between schools and parents, with push notifications and SMS alerts covering grades, attendance, and fees.
• Library management: tools for managing school library resources.
• Security and traceability: features aimed at protecting school data and tracking actions taken within the system.

Available on Web, Android, and iOS, with the mobile apps built mainly for parents to monitor tuition payments, grades, and attendance, and to message school staff directly.

Target users include schools and school administrators as the primary customers, with parents as the main end users for communication and access to their children's records.

Notable for its focus on the Democratic Republic of Congo: press coverage describes it operating in schools across Goma, Kinshasa, and Mbuji-Mayi, reaching more than 60 schools as of a December 2024 report. The company, Find Solution Technology, is based in Goma, Nord-Kivu, was founded in 2018 by Mannick Syllas Bryant, and was named to Forbes Afrique's 2022 "Top 30 Under 30" list.
