SANTAREX ERP is a cloud-based SaaS hospital and clinic management system for healthcare facilities in West and Central Africa, bringing patient care, technical services, and administration into one platform.

Key capabilities include:

• Electronic medical records (Patients & DME) with an automatic patient identifier (IPP), history, allergies, and background, plus structured CIM-10 consultations, vital signs, digital prescriptions, and medical certificates.
• Appointments and care workflows such as multi-physician scheduling with available slots, SMS reminders and waiting lists, plus hospitalisation with a real-time bed plan, nursing notes, transfers, and discharges.
• Pharmacy, laboratory, and imaging with prescription-linked dispensing, real-time stock, lot traceability, expiry and stock-out alerts, lab orders with result entry and validation, and imaging exam management with reporting (basic PACS).
• Billing, cash, and insurance including invoices and credit notes, quotes that convert to invoices, cash sessions (opening/closing) with digital receipts, insurer cover and third-party payer workflows, and mobile money payments (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave, Moov Money), plus reporting and BI dashboards with PDF/Excel exports.

Available on Web and as an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) on Android, iOS, and PC, with partial offline mode for consultations and pharmacy and automatic synchronisation. Integrations include WhatsApp Business, SMTP email, and a REST API, plus local payment providers such as CinetPay and Moneroo.
