BillboxxAbdulazeez Ogunjobi is co-founder and CEO of Scandium Systems (since 2022), maker of a no-code test automation tool, and co-founder and CTO of Billboxx (since 2023), which automates billing and payments for businesses. Earlier, Ogunjobi co-founded Charistouch Technologies, maker of the Carido auto-services app, which Cars45 acquired in 2019, and Simbi Interactives, which built AI chat-based learning assistants.
Abdulazeez started as a software developer at Heritech Networks in 2010 and spent six years as software engineering manager at Brimatel Global Network, after studying physics education at the University of Lagos.
From 2016 Abdulazeez was CTO of low-cost housing firm 360 Degree EMN Project Group and, in 2018, co-founded Simbi Interactives, which built AI chat-based learning assistants and grew to more than 200,000 Nigerian learners.
As co-founder and CTO of Charistouch Technologies, Abdulazeez helped build Carido, an on-demand app connecting drivers with nearby auto service providers. Carido won Total Energies' Startupper of the Year award in 2018, and Cars45 acquired the company in November 2019.
After co-founding the auto-tech startup Fixit45 in 2021, Abdulazeez started Scandium Systems, a no-code test automation tool where Abdulazeez is CEO, and Billboxx, a B2B fintech helping businesses pay and get paid faster, where Abdulazeez is CTO.
