Novacole

Novacole is a school management platform for African educational institutions, built for administrators and teachers (and parents via mobile access) from maternelle through lycée.

Key capabilities include:

• Academic administration: manage inscriptions, class assignment, assessments, attendance tracking, and generate bulletins (including PDF outputs).
• Finance and fee collection: handle billing, payment tracking, reminders, financial dashboards, and support FCFA workflows, including Mobile Money payments (Moov Money, Mixx by Yas) on eligible plans.
• Communication and parent engagement: send real-time notifications (push, SMS, email), publish announcements and events, and use a discussion thread with guardians.
• Reporting and AI tools: access reports and statistics (including student risk monitoring and anomaly alerts on eligible plans), plus an AI assistant that answers questions in French based on school data, scans grades from photos, and generates timetables.

Available on Web (browser-based admin space) and Android (Google Play, with offline mode and sync).

Target users are schools and educational institutions managing day-to-day operations across administration, teaching, and fee collection, with parents receiving updates and access to bulletins and payments via mobile.

Novacole positions itself for African operating conditions, including variable connectivity (offline support), FCFA fee management, and Mobile Money, and it is marketed for use across Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, and Côte d’Ivoire. Pricing is paid, billed annually per student (Basic 200 FCFA, Essential 400 FCFA, Full 600 FCFA per student per year) with a 3-month free trial (no credit card required).
