Effectys is a cloud-based school management platform designed for private schools in Côte d’Ivoire, centralizing administration, student monitoring, and parent communication from preschool through the final year of secondary school.

Key features:

• Online enrollment and re-enrollment: Digital forms, document uploads, application tracking, and automatic student ID generation.
• Student, class, and attendance management: Student database from preschool to final year, class assignments and statistics, Excel import, daily class attendance tracking, configurable absence reasons, and parent justification.
• Grades, averages, and report cards: Subject-based grade entry, automatic calculation of averages and rankings, and generation of A4 PDF report cards.
• Communication, discipline, and payments: School announcements, parent-to-supervisor messaging and push notifications, tracking of disciplinary actions (warnings, detentions, exclusions, summons), and integrated payments via Jèko (Wave, Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov Money, Djamo), with automatic receipts and payment collection tracking.

Availability: Web-based, accessible from phones, tablets, or computers.

Audience: Designed for B2B use. School management and administrators configure the institution, while teachers, parents, and students use the monitoring, messaging, and information-access modules.

Ivorian context: The platform was designed in Côte d’Ivoire for Ivorian schools. It includes role-based access controls, device linking, and an audit log for sensitive actions. It also integrates Mobile Money payments through Jèko.
