KudiBooks is a cloud-based accounting software for micro, small, and medium enterprises in Rwanda that need to manage finances without hiring a professional accountant.

It covers day-to-day accounting work and controls across sales, cash, stock, and compliance, including:

• Bookkeeping and inventory: track revenue and expenses, manage inventory loads and reductions, and monitor production tracking and stock movements.
• Smart invoicing and payments: create invoices, quotations, and proforma invoices, manage clients, and track collections via MoMo Pay and bank integration with e-payment tracking.
• Bank reconciliation and cash management: maintain cash and bank accounts, connect bank accounts, and reconcile transactions to keep records aligned.
• Reporting and compliance: generate income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, plus general ledger and trial balance, alongside VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax (CIT) tools.

Available on Web, Android, and iOS, with support for offline sync on mobile.

It targets Rwanda-based shops, SMEs, NGOs, schools, and hospitals, including teams that need multi-user access with role-based permissions (Business plan supports up to 5 users, Premium plan lists unlimited users).

Notable in the Rwanda market for combining accounting, inventory, invoicing, and tax-focused workflows in one product, with MoMo Pay and bank integrations and an announced Rwanda Revenue Authority integration for invoice issuance and receipt approval (May 2026).
