The app is very reliable. I'm able to know how long it would take for my item to be delivered to me. Although, sometimes there is a mix-up of my order especially when it comes to the food item.

Good app but slow delivery. There's was a day I ordered from glovo the rider picked up the food but stayed for an hour to deliver

Glovo can be confusing and they add money on the food and stuff it’s pretty annoyingggggggggg and I don’t like their riders they’re rude.
