I’ve been using Glovo for about 5–6 years now, and it’s easily my go-to food delivery app. One thing I really appreciate is the variety of restaurants available, plus the fact that your payment isn’t deducted until the delivery is completed. That’s especially reassuring in cases where orders are incomplete or issues come up. Personally, I’ve also never experienced the common complaints with other food apps about receiving orders from the wrong restaurant. I also had a pleasant experience with their customer support the one time I had issues with my order. That said, there’s still room for improvement. Delivery turnaround times can be slow. For example, I’ve had an order take close to an hour just to be accepted by the restaurant. It would also be great to see more promos and discounts on the platform. Overall, it’s been a reliable experience for me, and I’d still recommend Glovo.
