EduSahel

EduSahel is a web-based school management platform designed for middle and high schools in Francophone Africa, built to centralize academic, administrative, and financial management in one place.

Schools can manage key daily operations through connected modules:

• Student management: student IDs, profiles, parents, enrollment, status, and academic history.
• Grades, averages, and report cards: coefficients, rankings, comments, and generation of print-ready PDF report cards.
• Absences and lateness: attendance, justifications, and class-level summaries for academic monitoring.
• School payments: payment methods, PDF receipts, outstanding payments, and families' financial status.

The platform also includes a student portal (login using a student ID) for viewing grades, timetables, and documents, as well as multi-school management with data isolation by institution and role-based access. An AI assistant can prepare administrative actions such as creating classes, enrolling students, importing CSV/Excel/Word files, and generating report cards, with confirmation required before execution.

Available on Web (responsive interface for mobile, tablet, and desktop) and as a browser extension.

Target audience: school administrators, secretaries, school accounting teams, teachers, as well as students and parents through the respective portals.

Notable for its focus on Sahel-specific realities, including mobile connectivity, offline mode, and standardized school document generation. The platform lists a presence in several markets, including Chad, Cameroon, Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso, Senegal, and Côte d’Ivoire.
