ZamSkools is an all-in-one school management system for Zambian schools that manage fees, results, attendance, timetables, report cards, and parent communication from one place.

Key capabilities include:

• Fees and payments: track real-time arrears, generate statements, and record mobile-money collections via MTN, Airtel, and Zamtel.
• Results and report cards: enter marks once, then generate level-aware report cards with automatic grading, performance charts per pupil, class position and attendance, in Modern, Classic, or Ink-saver layouts with school logos and mottos, plus exports to PDF, Excel, or CSV.
• Attendance and academics: run daily class registers with summaries and absentee alerts, plus Daily Practice adaptive numeracy questions for Grades 4-9 and Growth Profiles that track pupil performance term over term.
• Payroll and HR, and timetabling for classes and teacher schedules.
• Parent communication and access: send SMS for results, reminders, and announcements, and let parents check fees, results, and attendance via USSD (38811#) on any phone.

Available on Web, Android (APK), and USSD.

It serves a B2B2C audience: school admins and teachers use the portals to run operations, while parents and students use dedicated portals (and USSD for non-smartphone users) to follow performance and key updates. An agent network also onboards schools to the platform, earning commission on pay-as-you-go and Premium usage.

Notable in the Zambian context, it supports offline-friendly parent access through USSD, references a directory of 9,540+ Zambian schools for sign-up, and offers a freemium model (no card, no time limit). The free tier includes the full platform for up to 100 pupils and 100 SMS credits, with pay-as-you-go pricing for report cards (K1.00 each), SMS (K0.30 each after the first 100), and pupils beyond 100 (K2.00 each); a Premium plan is available with custom pricing.
