• Professional counseling bookings with certified counselors and therapists who cover topics such as depression, marital and relationship issues, addiction, crisis, school and education, and child and adolescent concerns.
• Community chat rooms where members can discuss common challenges and find peer support across different life topics.
• Crisis support access through a free suicide helpline (08000080000), published on the website.
