SasaPay

SasaPay is a CBK-licensed payment gateway and e-wallet in Kenya for merchants, businesses, agents, individual users, and developers who need to collect payments and disburse funds securely at scale.

It supports core payment flows across major mobile network operators and banks, with tools designed for day-to-day operations and integrations:

• Collections and disbursements for C2B, B2C, B2B, and P2P transactions, including payouts to individuals, employees, suppliers, or groups.
• Interoperability to send and receive money with third-party wallets, banks, and financial institutions.
• Telco-agnostic access, allowing registration and usage with any mobile network operator number.
• Sub-wallets to separate funds for different income and expenditure streams, plus Wallet as a Service (WAAS) for businesses that want digital wallets without building their own payment infrastructure.

Available via USSD (*626#), Web portal, Android, iOS, Huawei AppGallery, and APIs for system integrations.

It targets B2B and B2C use cases, including merchants and companies managing collections and payouts, agents supporting agency services, consumers sending and receiving money, and developers integrating payments into apps and platforms.
