Hi Faustina, we’re sorry you had this experience. There is actually an option to withdraw funds from your card back to your Naira wallet, subject to a $1 withdrawal fee. If your card balance isn’t enough to cover the required amount, the withdrawal may not go through. Alternatively, you can delete the card, and the remaining balance on the card will be transferred back to your Naira wallet. We hope this helps clarify things, and we’d be happy to assist if you need any help with this.
