PMS by BJP Technologies is a browser-based property management system for Tanzanian landlords, managing agents, and property staff to run rental and lease operations in one place.

Key capabilities include:

• Property and unit inventory to organise buildings, apartments, shops, offices, and market “business frames” by location
• Renter and lease management for renter records, deposits, billing cycles, and renewals
• Invoicing, receipts, and arrears visibility, including branded PDF invoices, automatic receipt generation, and a clear view of who owes what and since when
• Payment and maintenance tracking, with payment recording across M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, HaloPesa, bank transfer, and cash, plus maintenance request logging, assignment, prioritisation, and cost tracking

Available on Web (browser-based) and designed to work on phones and basic laptops.

It is built for property owners, property managers/managing agents running multiple landlord portfolios, caretakers and accountants who record payments and maintenance, and renters (wapangaji) who use a self-service portal to view balances and raise maintenance requests.

Notable for its Tanzania-first localisation, including TSh currency support (plus USD for some commercial leases), local phone number formats, NIDA/TIN fields, bilingual English/Swahili screens, and support for the payment channels commonly used in Tanzania.
