Ogwugo

Ogwugo Service is a Nigerian on-demand delivery platform for consumers, restaurants, and small businesses that need food delivery and courier pickup and drop-off.

Key capabilities include:

• Food ordering from nearby restaurants and vendors, with a marketplace that lists restaurants and menu items for customers to browse and order
• Pick up and delivery for parcels, groceries, and documents, supporting doorstep drop-off for everyday errands and courier requests
• Business goods delivery, helping small businesses deliver items to customers using Ogwugo’s dispatch service
• A dedicated rider fleet called O-pilots, described as trained riders who handle last-mile delivery and package handling

Available on Web (online food ordering), Android, and iOS. Customers can also place orders via WhatsApp and a phone hotline.

Target users include end consumers ordering meals and deliveries, restaurants and food vendors seeking additional sales through a listing platform, and SMEs that need local dispatch for customer deliveries.

Notable in Nigeria’s local delivery market, the service is positioned as both a food delivery app and a broader courier option, with operations highlighted for Enugu State and an active rider onboarding pathway for individuals who want to join as O-pilots.
