Individuals find the right products. Businesses reach the right audience. One platform, free for both.
Bujeti Quotes is now live, letting businesses create itemized quotes, route approvals, track status, and turn accepted quotes into invoices faster.
Bujeti has launched Bujeti Quotes, a new feature that connects quotations to approvals, invoicing, and payment tracking in one workflow.
On July 30, 2026, Bujeti announced Bujeti Quotes, a built-in quoting tool inside its finance platform.
The feature is designed to replace manual quoting processes where teams draft quotes in Word or Excel, export PDFs, and email them back and forth. It also targets a common handoff problem, when sales sends an approved quote and finance re-enters the same line items to create an invoice.
With Bujeti Quotes, businesses can create itemized quotations, meaning a quote that lists each product or service, price, taxes, and payment terms. Teams can also route a quote through an internal approval workflow, which is an in-app sign-off process so finance or managers can approve pricing before it goes to a customer.
After a customer responds, the quote status is tracked in the platform as accepted, rejected, or pending. Bujeti says this reduces the need to check email threads and chat history to understand where a deal stands.
Accepted quotes can be converted directly into invoices, carrying the same details over without retyping. This aims to cut errors like mismatched pricing, wrong taxes, or outdated terms.
For many African SMEs, the time between “we sent a quote” and “we got paid” is slowed by fragmented tools. Quotes live in an inbox, approvals happen in email, invoicing happens in another system, and payment follow-up happens on WhatsApp.
By keeping quote, approval, invoice, and payment records connected, Bujeti is pushing for more visibility into the revenue pipeline. That includes basic metrics like quote volume, total value of outstanding quotes, and acceptance rate, which many teams do not track consistently today.
If the workflow works as promised, it can shorten billing cycles and reduce operational overhead for sales and finance teams.
