So, the app always malfunctions at the time of need. Sometimes the transfers doesn't go through, or it hangs mid air. Imagine being in a mall, and you're at the cou ter trying to make payment, and then suddenly you can't access your bank app, or the transfer isn't going through. A very annoying experience
