Glovo Reviews

AI summary of user reviews

Reviewers commonly praise Glovo for fast, reliable deliveries, an easy-to-use app with helpful tracking, and generally polite riders, with many also highlighting good restaurant selection plus frequent discounts and promos. However, a recurring concern is inconsistent delivery times, with some reporting long waits, cold food, wrong or missing items, and occasional poor communication. A smaller set of reviews also mentions high fees or pricing, limited vendor variety in some areas, too many ads, and customer support not responding in a few cases.
