Eduxel

Eduxel is a web-based school management platform built for private schools in Senegal, covering administrative, academic, and financial operations from preschool (maternelle) through high school (lycée).

Key capabilities are organized into 5 modules (Élèves, Enseignants, Académie, Gestion, Rapports) with features designed for day-to-day school workflows:

• Student management: student registration and centralized profiles (photos, contacts, medical history), class assignment, attendance tracking, grade entry by subject and term, and customizable, printable report cards.
• Staff and teaching management: teacher records (qualifications, contracts, documents), course and class assignment, and staff leave and absence tracking.
• Academics and finance: course setup, programs/curricula by level, room allocation and timetable-related settings, school-year and assessment period configuration, tuition payment schedules, fee collection with receipt generation, and reminders for unpaid balances.
• Operations and reporting: teacher payroll (including payslip generation), pre-accounting entries and cash flow tracking, inventory and consumables tracking, maintenance follow-up, plus financial, academic, attendance, and custom reports.

Available on Web (browser).

Designed for B2B use by Senegal-based private schools and school groups managing one or multiple levels (maternelle, primaire, collège, lycée).

Notable for its focus on the Senegalese private school context and its all-in-one scope that combines administration and finance with real-time dashboards. The website states the solution is proposed by Taktylabs.
