A web-based business management and policy administration system for funeral parlours, funeral administrators, insurance underwriters, unions, and other subscriber-based service organisations across South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Built by RubiBlue, a Johannesburg-area software company operating since 2005 as part of the Raizcorp business-incubation group, the platform has processed more than six million funeral and membership policies for its client base.

Key capabilities include:

• Funeral administration: create funeral files, manage pick-up and delivery scheduling, capture costs, handle BI1663 documentation, and record client instructions for cremation, burial, church services, and viewings.
• Policy and member management: manage main members, spouses, extended family, and children, with a document repository and policy-status workflows including automated lapsing.
• Collections and premium management: support cash collections, debit orders, stop orders, and EasyPay, plus plug-ins to third-party debit order providers for auto-receipting.
• Claims, debtors, and stock: track claims and payouts, flag unpaid funerals and non-paying members, manage funeral-item stock, handle tombstone orders, and run multi-level reporting across the system.

Available on Web with optional Android field technology for online and offline payments and officeless receipting, with devices offered on 12- or 24-month rental terms. Businesses pay only for the modules they select. RubiBlue also markets easiPoint for mobile transaction capture alongside cybersecurity, network management, and ERP services, and supports clients remotely by phone, email, and webinar across South Africa and the additional African countries it serves.
