AfyaRekod is a patient-driven digital health data platform for individuals, healthcare providers, and institutions that supports secure storage, access, and sharing of medical information across care settings.

Key capabilities include:

• Universal Patient Portal for recording, uploading, storing, and accessing personal health records, plus sharing specific files with a chosen recipient and managing dependents (for example, children) under one account.
• Institution tools that include a Dynamic EHR (medical and treatment history, identification of patients due for preventive screening) and a Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) for facility operations.
• Disease and outbreak management to support tracking and management of conditions such as COVID-19, HIV, Ebola, and Malaria, plus related reporting.
• Diagnostics management that helps radiologists track imaging data over time and share imaging files with patients.

Available via web SaaS portals (patient and institution portals), Android app (Google Play), and USSD (feature-phone access).
