Uptimise is a cloud-based HR and payroll management platform for employers in West Africa that want to automate payroll and manage core HR processes in line with local regulations. It is operated by Uptimise SAS in Benin, founded in 2023 by Mario Zannou.

• Payroll runs and payslips: Manage salaries, bonuses, benefits, and advances; generate payslips and handle social declarations, with payroll calculations aligned to local tax and social rules.
• Employee records and documents: Centralize staff data, contracts, and HR files in one place, including tracking company equipment assigned to employees.
• Time and absence management: Track leave and absences, manage time tracking and planning, and capture overtime with compensation reflected in payroll, supported by detailed reporting.
• Recruitment: Create job offers, distribute postings across channels, and use AI-based CV analysis to help identify suitable candidates.

• Starter: 5,000 FCFA per employee per month
• Premium: 10,000 FCFA per employee per month
• Add-on modules (e.g. expense reports, overtime): 1,000 FCFA per employee per month
• Discounts of 10% (quarterly), 15% (semi-annual) and 20% (annual) billing
