TUȘE

TUȘE is a Nigerian marketplace for consumers and organisations to book verified artisans and service professionals for home and property jobs such as plumbing, cleaning, electrical work, barbing, hairdressing, makeup, and chef services.

Key capabilities include:

• Service booking across 19 categories; customers describe the job in plain language, then get matched to a nearby professional (for example, plumbers from ₦10,000, barbing and cleaning from ₦15,000, hairdressing and chef services from ₦20,000, makeup from ₦40,000).
• iRanti job interpretation and estimates that translates a customer’s description into what the work involves, the expected price range, and the right trade; estimates are illustrative, with final pricing confirmed in the app.
• Verification and accountability with checks listed on the site including government ID confirmation, facial verification at signup, home address on record, bank account tied to identity, and trade competence assessed; ratings and reviews come from paid jobs.
• Live tracking and escrow payments; customers can follow the artisan’s arrival in real time, pay in-app, and the platform holds funds in escrow until the job is marked completed.

Available on Web, Android, and iOS, with separate customer and artisan apps on Android and iOS.

The product serves consumers booking on-demand services, artisans receiving nearby jobs and payouts, and businesses managing maintenance across multiple properties (hotels, estates, offices, schools, and property managers).

TUȘE is notable in Nigeria for combining clear service verification steps, location-based matching, and an escrow-style payment flow designed to reduce no-shows, pricing disputes, and cash-handling risk in everyday artisan bookings.
