Sikaflow

Sikaflow is a mobile-first business management platform for African micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), built around Ghana's informal and formal trading sector.

Key capabilities cover day-to-day operations and financial record-keeping in one place:

• Mobile POS (offline-first) for recording sales, printing tax-compliant receipts (58mm and 80mm), accepting bank transfer, mobile money, card, and cash payments, and syncing automatically when connectivity returns (offline coverage referenced at 14 days in urban areas, 45 days in rural areas, and up to 90 days in deep rural areas).
• Inventory and product management with multi-location stock tracking, low-stock and expiry alerts, opening stock setup, pricing and discount controls, and product categorization by tax type.
• Payments, credit, and invoicing, including payment verification and proof uploads, partial payments, per-customer credit limits, and one-click invoice generation with receipt photo capture and OCR.
• Accounting and reporting, including cash-based income and expense logging, bank reconciliation with automatic transaction matching, and exportable reports such as an Income Statement, Cash Book, and General Ledger.
• Identity, compliance, and learning, including Ghana Card verification with OCR and NFC scanning, BRN and TIN validation, and a Learning Resources portal covering business fundamentals, financial literacy, fraud prevention, and funding opportunities.
• Automatic daily data backups, with a stated recovery guarantee if data is lost.

Available via Web and Android (Google Play); an iOS launch was announced for August 1, 2026, but no live App Store listing could be independently confirmed as of this writing. Launch coverage also confirms smart POS terminals and USSD access, both shipping nationwide across Ghana as of July 2026.

Sikaflow targets Ghanaian traders, retailers, wholesalers, service providers, franchises, and distributors across sectors such as general retail, pharmacies, food and beverage, agribusiness, and auto repair, with role-based team access across 7 roles for multi-store operations. Ghana's MSME sector, cited by the platform's operator as over 2 million businesses representing roughly 80% of national employment, is its core addressable market.

Sikaflow is developed and operated by Trident Aliska Digital Tech Ghana Ltd., a joint venture between Singapore-based, Nasdaq-listed Trident Digital Tech Holdings Ltd. and Ghana-based Aliska Business Advisory and Research Limited, launched in June 2026.
