ServiceHub East Africa is a web-based services marketplace for customers and service providers across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, and South Sudan.

It supports an end-to-end workflow for finding and delivering services, from request to payment:

• Post service requests with a title, category, country, county (and sub-county), job description, photos, urgency, and a min to max budget (KES).
• Receive and compare quotes from providers, review profiles and offers, then select a provider for the job.
• Use escrow-based payments, clients deposit the agreed amount, confirm completion, then the platform releases payment and deducts a 20% service charge from provider payouts.
• Manage in-platform messaging and track activity through a user dashboard (posted jobs, submitted quotes, and conversations).
