My experience using the Renmoney app was generally smooth. The app was fast, easy to navigate and the loan application process was straightforward. However, after completing the application, my loan was not approved and I wasn’t given any clear reason for the decision. I was also not offered an alternative loan amount that I might have been eligible for. From my experience with other lending apps, some either disbursed funds quickly or provided an alternative amount when the initial request wasn’t approved. So while I found Renmoney’s app convenient and easy to use, I think the experience would be better if users received clearer feedback on loan decisions and were given alternative options where possible.

Good app and seamless would continue using them, onboarding process was easy and ui was good

What I appreciated most is that Renmoney is upfront about their rates. Before I accepted the loan, I saw exactly how much I would pay back each month and the total interest.
