ORTH

ORTH is an agronomic intelligence platform for growers and farm operations that provides plot-level guidance across crop planning, soil, irrigation, nutrition, crop protection, harvest, and farm economics.

Key capabilities include:

• Chat and photo diagnosis so field staff can ask questions by text, voice, or photo and get plot-specific recommendations tied to crop stage and destination market
• Spray timing and compliance checks using hyperlocal weather (wind, humidity, temperature) plus residue limits, pre-harvest intervals, buyer requirements, and registered inputs before applications are made
• Permanent plot records and reporting that store field notes, scouting, sprays, certifications, photos, documents, and season reviews for handovers, onboarding, and audits
• Planning, alerts, and forecasting including nutrition, irrigation, and crop protection plans drafted from analyses and protocols, frost and heat alerts, disease and pest risk flagging, and yield forecasts that update through the season

Available on Web, Android, and iOS.

It targets B2B deployments: solo growers can start on Field, farms can run Teams packs (listed from $5,000 per year), and organisations such as associations, governments, breeders, agronomists, retailers, input suppliers, and exporters can deploy Enterprise private instances.

Notable for agriculture teams operating across diverse African microclimates, it combines plot-level weather interpretation, compliance checks for destination markets, and a long-term field record that supports standards, traceability, and continuity when staff change.
