AI summary of user reviews

Reviewers frequently complain that MTN’s network has become slow and unreliable lately, with issues varying by location and worsening in bad weather, which disrupts messaging, online classes, and general connectivity. Many also feel data is expensive and depletes too quickly, and some criticize customer care and restricted borrowing features. On the positive side, a number of users still find MTN generally fast when it works, and they praise the app for making data purchases easy, although logging in can be difficult at times.
