Logestimmo is a web-based rental and property-management platform for real estate agencies, property managers, and syndics in francophone Africa to manage leases, rents, payments, and owner remittances.

Key capabilities include:

• Rent schedules and payment recording for cash, Wave, Orange Money, and bank transfer, with payment references, partial payments, and visible remaining balances.
• Arrears tracking and reminders that classify unpaid rent by age and amount, with configurable schedules (before due date, day-of, and follow-ups such as J+3 and J+7) and channels (WhatsApp or email).
• Owner accounting and remittances with commission and charge deductions, itemised management statements (compte rendu de gestion), remittance records, and expense tracking by property with supporting documents.
• Document generation and verification for notices, receipts, quittances, and remittance receipts that are numbered, printable (A4), and include verification codes; issued documents cannot be edited after creation (they must be cancelled and reissued).

Available on Web (internet-connected application usable from a computer or phone without installation).

Designed for property-management agencies and managers as primary users, with separate owner and tenant portals for viewing rent status, balances, histories, and downloading documents.

Notable in West African markets (including Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Mali, and Benin) for supporting common local payment methods and for its stated operating model: rent funds go directly to the agency or owner, and the product charges a fixed subscription with 0% commission on rent.
