GESCOMXEL is a commercial management (ERP) solution for small and medium-sized businesses that need to manage sales, stock, official invoicing, basic accounting, CRM follow-ups, and deliveries using an automated Excel file and a synchronized web portal.

Key capabilities include:

• Sales, quotes, and official documents: Create invoices, quotes, credit notes, receipts, delivery notes, and purchase orders with automatic HT, discount, VAT/TVA, and TTC calculations, continuous numbering across Excel and web, and one-click quote-to-invoice conversion. Documents print or export as PDF in A4 format with amounts in words, legal mentions (OHADA/UEMOA or FR/UE), due dates, penalties, QR code, and logo across 16 templates.
• Real-time dashboards and alerts: Track turnover (CA), cash collected, receivables, VAT, estimated profit, and stock with charts (monthly CA, Top 5 clients/products), sales objectives, and alerts for low stock, unpaid invoices, and pending quotes.
• Accounting automation and exports: Auto-generate journal, general ledger, trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet from sales, purchases, and payments, including VAT collected and payable. Export data in CSV, Excel, and PDF, with configurable columns and totals.
• CRM and receivables follow-up: Use a visual pipeline (New, Contacted, Quote sent, Won/Lost), trigger follow-ups via WhatsApp or SMS, and send automatic reminders for unpaid invoices. Client and supplier records include histories, billed amounts, collections, balances, and supplier debts.

Available on Desktop (Microsoft Excel on PC) and Web (browser portal accessible on PC, tablet, and smartphone), with real-time synchronization and offline use on Excel. The interface supports French and English, with multi-currency support (FCFA, EUR, USD).

The product targets West African commerce, including shops, boutiques, supermarkets, hardware stores, and similar SMEs that need compliant documents, stock control, and day-to-day sales operations.
