GESCLINIC

GESCLINIC is an integrated clinic management software for clinics, health centers, practices, and laboratories in Benin that brings patient care, finance, and operations into one system. It is developed in Benin by DHA GROUP, a Beninese company in Cotonou.

Key capabilities include eight linked modules, so information entered once is reused everywhere:

• Patient records and medical files: one identifier and dossier per patient across the facility, from the waiting room to the clinical report, with consultation forms that adapt to each specialty.
• Laboratory: results flow into the patient file without re-entry.
• Pharmacy and stock: stock levels and replenishment alerts before items run out.
• Billing and cash desk: standardized invoices certified by Benin's tax authority (DGI), and every cash entry tied to an author, a time, and a receipt.
• Reporting and payroll: real-time dashboards, plus payroll for salaried staff and contractors.

Available on Web, with an Espace Patient portal for booking appointments.

Designed for clinics and polyclinics, health centers, specialist practices, laboratories and imaging centers, maternity units, and multi-site networks, deployed module by module.

GESCLINIC offers three licence options: a free licence with no installation fee or subscription, funded by a contribution on each patient account; a limited licence paid in two instalments plus an annual licence from the seventh month; and an unlimited licence bought outright in three instalments with 18 months of free support. Prices depend on facility size, workstations, and modules, and are quoted after a free demo. Installation, staff training, updates, and support from a Cotonou team are included, and DHA GROUP states it can go live within 72 hours of signing.
