I cleared both my loans — 8,760 and 19,933, totaling 28,693 — via M-Pesa, confirmed sent at 5:20 PM, before the expiry date. Despite this, I was met with a barrage of insults from the company. I asked them to just cancel my limit to zero — I don't need an apology, I just want out. This happened before the expiry date, and my repayment due date hadn't even passed yet. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful treatment of a customer who paid early.
