I’ve had a really smooth experience with Cardtonic. I liked that funding my account and completing KYC were both straightforward, and I didn’t have to struggle with the process. Getting the USD card was probably my favorite part because everything was clearly laid out in the app. Overall, the experience felt simple and stress-free.

It took nearly 24 hours to complete verification. The application I sent earlier was rejected and I wasn't notified. It was only when I visited the app to check that I noticed. I was charged a few to deposit in my virtual card, something other fintech apps hardly do. When funding my card, I was informed that the minimum amount was $5. Upon processing the transaction of $6, I noticed my card had only a dollar as balance, which made no sense. I had to check again 10 minutes later, before confirming that my $6 was present

The verification of identity was so slow; I had to run it multiple times even with a clear screenshot. On another note, the app was easy to navigate. The top-up transaction was quick enough.
