Yango

Yango is a multi-service mobile app for consumers in Côte d’Ivoire who need on-demand rides, food delivery, parcel delivery, and cashless payments.

Key capabilities include:

• Ride-hailing across Ivorian cities including Abidjan, Bouaké, San-Pédro, Yamoussoukro, and Korhogo, with multiple service classes (Economy, Comfort, Comfort+, and GOYA premium) to match different comfort levels and vehicle types.
• Food and grocery delivery from restaurants and shops, ordered directly in the same app.
• Courier parcel delivery designed for sending items with “security and care.”
• Payments and controls such as Yango Pay e-wallet support, cash and card payments for riders, and Rides for business with the option to cover trips using a corporate card.
• Safety features including route sharing, an in-app to contact emergency services at , , and who undergo checks before driving.
