Winumu

Winumu is an AI-powered proof-of-learning platform for learners and job seekers who want to turn what they learn and build into verifiable evidence of skills for employers.

Key capabilities include:

• Verification Engine: submit course completions, documents, designs, or websites (by link or file), and the AI extracts the skills applied, then generates a custom challenge of three AI-written questions; a score of 7/10+ earns a Verified badge, 4-6/10 a Partial Verification, and unverified work earns no points
• Compound Score: a multi-factor competency score combining Volume, Quality, 12-week Consistency, and Skill Depth, with a 1.2x multiplier for a 50%+ verification rate
• Proof Portfolio: a shareable, public one-link profile (winumu.com/username) showing the Compound Score, verified project log, and skill breakdown
• Employer Verify: a per-user verification page (Pro tier) plus a separate Recruiter Dashboard where employers can paste a candidate's email or LinkedIn URL to check for a pre-verified competency profile, or search candidate pools and timelines
• AI Learning Coach, Weekly Intelligence Brief, and Skill Gap Analysis comparing a user's demonstrated skills against a target role
